Activities:

  • Meditation
  • Reading
  • Writing
  • Long Bath
  • Long Shower
  • Pedicure / Manicure at home
  • Play soft music for hours
  • Nature walks

Recipes:

Exfoliants that can be used on the face and body.

Recipe 1:

Salt x Olive Oil

Recipe 2:

Sugar x Olive Oil


Bathe with a little olive or coconut oil, a black tea bag, aromatherapy or essential oils if you have, salt, and apple cider vinegar. Light one candle and play Meditation music or Bird Sounds.
